Your order will be posted to you by Mini Maison within 1 working days of receiving payment (we aim to send all orders out same day if ordered before 11am), unless specifically detailed on the product description (please read the product description carefully) - for furniture always allow up to 10 working days for despatch unless product description says otherwise.
It may not be possible to change or cancel your order if it is already being processed but please contact us on email@example.com and we will see if we can help.

We use a variety of carriers to deliver our products, making sure that our products reach the customer in the most appropriate way. Using a combination of Royal Mail, Parcelforce and DPD we try our best to ensure your product reaches you safely.
Delivery times in the UK are between 1 and 4 days.
Personalised and customised products and some items of furniture will take longer and you should see each product description for an accurate time frame.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
Our policy lasts 14 days. You have 14 days after your order has arrived to contact us about returning an item and a further 14 days for us to receive the item. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase and / or your item has not been returned to us within 14 days of your initial refund enquiry, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
If your item is faulty then you have 30 days in which to contact us and return the item to us. If you ordered a product on pre-order or with a longer delivery time then you will have 14 days from the date of delivery to contact us about returning it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. We are unable to accept returns of personalised items, unless the item is faulty.
Additional non-returnable items:

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within two days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account / credit card statement again, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com and we will inform you of where to send your item to, if an exchange is to be agreed upon.
To return your product, you should first email Mini Maison at firstname.lastname@example.org and then upon receipt of your email we will inform you of where to send your product to.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return delivery costs are non-refundable. If you are sending an item over £20, you should consider using a trackable delivery service or purchasing insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item, please retain proof of postage.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and s/he will find out about your return.
