Your order will be posted to within 2 working days of receiving payment (we aim to send all orders out same day if ordered before midday). If you have paid for Next Day Delivery your order will be despatched same day if you order before midday Monday-Friday (includes mainland UK only and excludes the Highlands). Please note, Next Day Delivery does not include deliveries at the weekend. 

Please check the product descriptions to see if your product is excluded for next day delivery  - for furniture always allow up to 10 working days for despatch unless product description says otherwise.

We work really hard to ensure your order arrives on time, however there can be delays with couriers and postal services that are beyond our control. We use a variety of carriers to deliver our products, making sure that our products reach the customer in the most appropriate way. Using a combination of Royal Mail, MyHermes, Parcelforce, APC and DPD we try our best to ensure your product reaches you safely.

Personalised and customised products and some larger items will take longer and you should see each product description for an accurate time frame. Some of our brands, including Childhome and Wigiwama despatch from Europe-based warehouses.
